Rum Bum race ready for his first Rolex 24 at Daytona
Year campaign with the champion racing for Audi Sport customer Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, as they make their debut in the series with the drivers Rolex 24 Plumb, Biela, Winkelhock and Haase.
Orlando, Florida - Rum Bum Racing will build the team in 2012 GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Challenge Championship campaign with a debut in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, which competes in the GT class of the Rolex watches Series with the Audi R8 GRAND-AM.
Rum Bum rider and team manager Matt Plumb will be joined by Audi Sport driver Frank Biela, Christopher Haase and GT1 world champion Markus Winkelhock in Rum Bum Racing No. 13 Audi R8 GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series as the opening of the 2013 season Daytona International Speedway on January 26. Strengthening Rum Bum Racing effort, Audi racing customer Sports provide engineering and support parts, if necessary.
Team owner Luis Bacardi Rum Bum Racing developed as an organization that was able to succeed at any level of competition. The group led Joe Varde has a solid track record at the famous Daytona International Speedway, located in the north-east an hour of racing team shop based in Orlando.

Audi has had a successful endurance race last year after winning the Bathurst 12-hour race in Australia and the 24-hour races held at the Nurburgring, Spa-Francorchamps and Zolder.
The 2013 GRAND-AM season will start with a three-day trial held at 4-6 ahead of the 24-hour race at the end of the month. Rum Bum race will announce further aspects of programming, the 2013 racing team in the new year.
